Code Enforcement / Animal Control  

The Sturgis Department of Public Safety Police Division handles enforcement of a variety of Code Enforcement violations for the City of Sturgis to include parking violations, garbage and rubbish, grass and weeds in addition to others. Currently the duties of Code Enforcement Officer and Animal Control Officer are handled by a non-sworn Officer.
